  2. First question free

    Ask about that car

  3. In every answer

Built around your car

Answers about your car, not cars in general.

Ask about an advisory, a warning light or what to plan before the MOT. FixHelp begins with the vehicle details and MOT history available for your car. Your first question needs no account.

  • Plain-English explanation of the problem
  • Useful timing: today, in the coming weeks or at the next service
  • A rough garage cost and a clear brief to take with you

Built by a mechanic

Built by a mechanic who still works on cars.

I’m Kamil Wozniak. For more than 12 years I’ve listened to drivers wrestle with unclear advisories, uncertain costs and faults that are hard to put into words. I built FixHelp to make the next step clear.

I still work on cars every week through Pro Engine Clean, my mobile DPF and engine diagnostics service around Leicester and the Midlands. Alongside it I studied Business and Entrepreneurship at De Montfort University, and I shape FixHelp and the standards behind its guidance myself, so it stays grounded in the faults drivers actually bring me.
